How do I begin working for Encore Medical Staffing?
Nurses can print out the application package from the appropriate Nurse Profile Package and mail it into a local office. Nurses can also call the office nearest them, which can be found under the locations tab of this website.
Does Encore Medical Staffing offer per Diem, contract, or travel assignments?
All of the above; Encore Medical Staffing maintains daily per Diem assignments along with temporary contract and travel assignments.
Are Nurses obligated to work a minimum number of assignments to stay on staff?
No, an Encore staffing coordinator will call you when assignments come available, but the decision is made by the Nurse if he or she will accept the assignment.
What is Encore Medical Staffing's payment schedule?
Upon completion of the application process, Nurses have Invoices filled out upon completion of an assignment. These Invoices are either faxed or mailed to a local office and payment of Invoice is issued weekly.
Can Nurses work a full schedule with Encore Medical Staffing?
Absolutely, many locations have enough work assignments to offer Nurses 40 hour weeks. Nurse work schedules and Total hours depend on their preferred shifts.
What is required from Encore Medical Staffing Nurses while working an assignment?
Encore Medical Staffing Nurses are required to arrive on time, wear their name badge, have a good attitude and complete the work assignment issued to them by the facility. They may be asked to attend a short orientation before working an assignment. Nurses are supervised by the management staff of the facility, not by Encore Medical Staffing staff. |
